February 08, 2011 - Volunteers run Dwelling Fire in Parkville
On 2/8/11 at 0848 hrs station 29 was alerted for a reported dwelling fire at 9202 Avondale Rd in Parkville. Engine 291 and Fl 293 responded immediately on the call. Engine 10 arrived on the scene and advised heavy smoke showing and a working fire assignment was requested. Engine 291 arrived and reported to division two and assisted Engine 10, while the other half of the crew worked on division one, opening ceilings and entinguishing the bulk of the fire. Units operated for approximately 2 hours before returning to service.
